SpaceX:Thermal Protection Systems-Crew Dragon-Spacesuits

I was given a project as a consultant to develope a Hatch seal for the Falcan 9 Cargo Dragon .I recieved the contract on a Friday afternoon and to have completed to show Elon Monday morning.This seal made from high tempeture materials was not to have wrinkles and be completely seal proof and no seams or gaps.......Monday morning came and I suceeded when everyone else said it was impossible...Tuesday I was hired .and 

500+ seals later developing all the TPS parts the Dragon picture right flew to space and return in one piece.....

This Cargo Dragon was built at Hawthorn and at Cape Canaveral where i spent many many long hours on the launch pad  developing  500+ seals for 1st stage ,2nd stage on the complete F9 rocket 

From top to bottom of this F9 i have parts on every stage , 9 engine blankets,Draco seals,Trunk liners,Thuster seals, Cargo dragon interior and many more parts.

The first showing of the Crew Dragon interior, this was built from scratch in 30 days.

The final design of the man crewed Dragon interior, I was build engineer and co-ordinated for the Crew Dragon. built from concept to reality.

This would become the training dragon for the astonauts.
